We spend from 3-4 hours thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the home. Not only that….We'll also show you where and how to use your water, gas and electrical shut offs as well has how to change the furnace filter!

How Flexible Is Your Schedule?

We know that your schedule is very hectic so we work hard to accommodate you!

We Schedule inspections 7 days a week 364 days a year, so feel free to give us a call to schedule your inspection or schedule it right here on our web site!

Because not everyone can attend the inspection during the week, we also inspect on Saturdays and Sundays. Our Sunday inspection schedule is limited, so please let us know as soon as possible that you need a Sunday inspection. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
