How Can We Guarantee Our Inspections?

It's easy. We find the issues and report them. The end result is that you save more money. Most contracts allow negotiations with the seller to make repairs or give you credit at closing. So the more defects we uncover the more money you save.

We don't rush. This allows us time to do a thorough inspection of your new home. Your inspection will take from 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours depending on the size of the home, with another 3 to 4 hours in the office, compiling all the information to provide you a comprehensive yet easy to understand report.

You don't want a cheap inspection or an inspection done by a “Realtors Choice” Inspector. A cheap or inexperienced inspection may be the most expensive thing you'll ever buy; it may cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects.
